"Insurance is not always the easiest thing to understand. Eddie Olivas and his team always take their time to explain and make sure you know what you're getting. "Cristian and Eddie and the rest of the team have been anything but helpful. Cristian is going on WEEKS of not answering my emails, recently. Ignoring me.. Their knowledge in customer service all around is TERRIBLE. The girl who answers their calls is rude all the time… To get my car in for hail damage repairs it takes eddie months for him to tell me to look for someone myself .. still waiting for him to actually do something.. i had to call HIM! why am I paying thousands when they are lazy and liars? I’m moving else where there’s white people who know about policies and are smart and knowledgeable not these snobs. Ugh avoid this place!"

"Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Over the last few years this team has given us so much misinformation/ bad advice it has costed my family money. When you call the office, you always hear, "someone will call you in an hour." And they never do. We try to avoid calling the office and often call the 1-800 number instead. After 2 years of terrible customer service, we are changing agents."
