"I’ve been with State Farm since 1980 and they’ve been with me in 4 different states. I’ve always felt they treated me fairly. I can tell you that one time I got caught between a property mgt group that tried to bill me for their own defective equipment that cause damage to my truck and the commercial garage door. I get upset just thinking about what they tried to do to me but I had pictures, witnesses, and even a statement from the property’s maintenance company. They didn’t have to but State Farm took up the case on my behalf. I will never forget that. And the service has always been top notch. They give me options and suggestions based on my needs and their offices are local so I can easily talk to someone when needed. I like State Farm."

"I transferred my policy to these guys by the help of one of their agents Cristian and was told I would have the agent Eddie call me and that was over 2 weeks ago and no one will return my phone calls when I call and no response via email! If you want to be ignored perfect place for you to go! This is unacceptable since I have been with statefarm for over 8 years and transferred hoping to get more assistance with my policy and insure another vehicle with them but they can't call or email back? Would NOT RECOMMEND! UPDATE: I did get a call from your agent and he was extremely rude and told me "it's not my fault you can't pay your bill" actually it is because I have called multiple times to make my payment and get told they will call me back or the person handling my policy is out of office and will contact me when they get back. I will not be contacting you guys and I will be reporting to state farm and after almost 8 years of service with statefarm because of this agent I will be canceling my policy and going elsewhere. The behavior from the agent was foul and UNPROFESSIONAL."
