"When my son went to college on the East Coast last fall I called and spoke to the staff and asked if I could reduce my coverage since the car would not be in use. I was ensured I had the lowest available coverage. So I was paying almost 120/month for a parked car. Turns out I had a low deductible, roadside, and glass coverage for a parked vehicle. Thanks a lot State Farm team! I will be looking for a new insurance agency. If I could give zero stars I would."

"I’ve been with State Farm since 1980 and they’ve been with me in 4 different states. I’ve always felt they treated me fairly. I can tell you that one time I got caught between a property mgt group that tried to bill me for their own defective equipment that cause damage to my truck and the commercial garage door. I get upset just thinking about what they tried to do to me but I had pictures, witnesses, and even a statement from the property’s maintenance company. They didn’t have to but State Farm took up the case on my behalf. I will never forget that. And the service has always been top notch. They give me options and suggestions based on my needs and their offices are local so I can easily talk to someone when needed. I like State Farm."
